How to Prepare

There is little preparation required for AGNES RF treatment. Before you arrive for your appointment, all you need to do is cleanse your skin with a mild cleanser. Do not apply anything topical to your skin, including makeup, lotions, or serums.

Agnes RF Microneedling FAQs

Most people feel very little during their AGNES RF Microneedling treatment because we apply a local anesthetic beforehand. You may feel slight pinches on the surface of your skin.

AGNES RF is safe for all skin types and tones. There are nine different needles to choose from, each accommodating a specific skin concern. The only contraindication is when someone has any metal implants or a pacemaker in their body.

To ensure your comfort during the recovery period following surgery, we will use topical and lidocaine numbing agents to numb you beforehand. In some cases, we may also use Pro-Nox™ upon patient request. This proactive approach enhances your comfort and facilitates a smoother recovery process.

After your AGNES RF session, you may experience some swelling and bruising. This typically subsides within several days. The recovery process lasts about three weeks. You should avoid direct sun exposure and practice proper aftercare during this time. This includes cleansing the skin with a mild cleanser and applying sunscreen daily. Full results are achieved at 3 months after treatment.

Most people see their initial results about one week after treatment. These results will continue to develop for about 3 months after your procedure.
