The Process

Your BOTOX cosmetic session takes little time to complete. You will have a consultation beforehand to discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals. At our Botox treatment spa, your injection specialist will review the procedure with you and perform a face evaluation to determine where your injections will be administered.

From there, the injection process will only take about 15 minutes. Once completed, you will be able to return home and continue with your usual activities.

Botox Recovery: What to Expect After Your Treatment

Immediately After

  • We may suggest applying a cool compress to the area and taking Tylenol, arnica, or bromelain as needed for added comfort.
  • Avoid laying on the treated areas for 4 hours or wearing makeup for the first 8 hours.

The First 24 Hours

  • Feel free to go about your day! You can usually return to your normal activities, including work and light exercise.
  • It’s best to avoid strenuous workouts or anything that might increase blood flow to your face for the first day.

The First Few Days

  • You’ll likely start to see subtle results within a few days as your wrinkles begin to soften.
  • Continue with your normal skincare routine, but be gentle around the treated areas.
  • Don’t use a sauna or sweat excessively for 72 hours.

Within Two Weeks

  • By now, you should see the full effects of your Botox treatment! Enjoy your smoother, more refreshed appearance.
